JijModeling 2.10.0 Released; Maintenance for JijModeling 1.x Ends
JijModeling 2.10.0, the latest version of our mathematical optimization modeling library, is now available.
This release expands support for category labels in random instance generation and provides greater flexibility for customizing LaTeX output, along with several usability improvements and bug fixes.
With this release, maintenance for the JijModeling 1.x series has ended. We recommend that users currently on JijModeling 1 migrate to JijModeling 2.
What’s New in JijModeling 2.10.0
Key updates in this release include:
Category label elements can now be specified directly as a list when generating random instances.
LaTeX output can now be customized in greater detail.
Fixed an issue where randomly generated datasets did not include category label definitions, causing
evalto fail.Empty lists and arrays can now be passed to multidimensional placeholders when their shapes allow empty data.
Fixed an internal error in constraint detection when variables within One-hot or SOS1 constraints were fixed using
fixed_variables.

End of Maintenance for JijModeling 1.x
With the release of JijModeling 2.10.0, maintenance for the JijModeling 1.x series has ended.
JijModeling 1 will remain available for installation and use via PyPI. However, we will no longer provide:
New releases for the JijModeling 1.x series
Security updates
Bug fixes
Support for new Python versions
If you are currently using JijModeling 1, we recommend migrating to JijModeling 2.
To support the migration, please refer to the Migration Guide and the jijmodeling plugin (SKILL) for coding agents.
