Hiro Nakata, as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Jij Inc., quantum and optimization startup. Specializes in sales, business development, marketing, finance, HR and strategy. A member of the QuIC(European Quantum Industry Consortium), UK Quantum. Graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology and began a career at Mitsui & Co., engaging in investment, business development, and M&A in wind power and gas distribution businesses across Latin America and Australia. In 2015, transitioned to the Rugby World Cup 2019 Organizing Committee as Head of HR Planning, leading organizational development and recruitment. Later established an independent career in product development and consulting before assuming the current role.In May 2025, he was appointed as a Board Member of Quantum STrategic industry Alliance for Revolution (Q-STAR).
